Chris White

With a lifelong love for boating and an acute appreciation for opulence, Chris has dedicated himself to curating a community of boating enthusiasts who seek adventure and luxury alike. Having spent the early phases of his career working in the super yacht industry cruising along the stunning coastline of the Côte d’Azur, Chris considers this magical region his favourite place in the world. The sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, and vibrant culture of the French Riviera inspire his vision for The Boat Club, making it a hub for those who share his love for adventure and refined living. With Chris at the helm, The Boat Club promises to elevate your boating experience to new heights, blending luxury with the thrill of exploration.

Stuart Rawlinson

Stuart’s passion for boating and sailing runs deep. This love affair with the water began in his youth and has been the driving force behind his life’s work. He lives and breathes the nautical world, relishing the freedom and challenge of navigating the seas. This passion culminated in a pivotal moment in 2001 when Stuart purchased Parkstone Bay Marina. This acquisition provided The Boat Club with its home and served as a testament to his commitment to creating a vibrant community for boating enthusiasts. He continues to be a guiding hand for The Boat Club, ensuring that his vision of accessible and enjoyable boating experiences remains at the heart of everything they do.
PR & Marketing Manager

Natalie White

Meet Natalie The Boat Clubs PR & Marketing Director, Natalie comes from a fashion PR background, spending 10 years in London, specialising in heightening the profile of luxury fashion brands and giving an extended reach to younger and more niche brands. Natalie has worked for both agency and in-house press offices for UK and international markets. Natalie lives for a good aesthetic, loves to plan a party or two and is also Chris’s wife.
Financial Controller

Jo Kegie

Jo is the meticulous Financial Controller at The Boat Club, where her exceptional attention to detail and unwavering commitment to customer service are invaluable. Jo plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of The Club, Jo is a key pillar of support for Co-Founder Chris White, providing crucial insights and assistance that allow the company to thrive. Beyond finance, Jo loves our customers and therefore has a strong and active role in the charter operations, bringing her organisational skills and dedication to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests. Her commitment to excellence makes her a cornerstone of The Boat Club team.
Boson & Trainer

Jon Ashworth

Jon brings years of hands-on experience to The Boat Club, having spent much of his career instructing watersports in Poole Harbour. His deep-rooted passion for boating and the lifestyle that surrounds it shines through in everything he does, from time at the helm to supporting members on the water. With a strong instructional background, Jon has a natural ability to guide and reassure, helping members build confidence while enjoying their time afloat. He is also highly skilled in the care and maintenance of our fleet, completing a range of advanced qualifications to further strengthen his expertise.

Jamie Drake

Jamie brings a wealth of hands-on experience to The Boat Club, with a background in the world of superyachts. He spent the early part of his career working on some of the world’s largest yachts, where he developed a strong passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and honed his skills driving super tenders. Now thriving in his role as Bosun at The Boat Club, Jamie combines his professional expertise with a love of boating. His connection to life on the water is evident in everything he does, from supporting members to ensuring the smooth running and upkeep of the fleet.
